Shirodhara Hair and Scalp Treatment (60 minutes)
A profoundly relaxing herbal hair and scalp treatment based on the Ayurveda principle (which means the wisdom of life) with far-reaching effects. The Shirodhara therapist directs a warm stream of oil onto your forehead, restoring calm to the mind and soothing the senses. The herbal-infused oil is then massaged into the hair and scalp followed with an application of Ayurvedic herbs to nourish the hair and condition the scalp. Followed by a massage of the face, hands and feet.

Roman Emperor Bath (30 minutes)
Chicago, San Francisco and Seattle A refreshing and invigorating bath experience included with mustard bath additive and essential oils leaves you with a renewed sense of energy and well-being.

Sport Manicure (60 minutes)
Nails are expertly shaped and buffed to a natural glow, cuticles tended, and hands moisturized and massaged.

Sport Pedicure (60 minutes)
A refreshing pedicure that consists of an aroma foot soak followed by nail shaping and cuticle attention. Next an invigorating foot scrub is applied to reduce calluses and soften hard skin. The nails are then buffed to a high-gloss shine, followed by a soothing massage for calves and feet and a skin-softening paraffin dip.

Deep Tissue Massage (60 minutes)
Designed to increase flexibility, relieve sore muscles, and speed up muscle recovery due to overexertion. Using slow strokes and deep finger pressure, deep tissue massage works best on a targeted area, rather than full body. Not recommended for first-time massage.

Sport Massage (60 minutes)
A vigorous massage using compression and cross-fiber friction techniques, focusing on muscles used most during athletic activity. Helps reduce lingering muscle tension and works to eliminate soreness.

Men's Fitness Facial (60 minutes)
Using high-potency botanicals and marine extracts, this skin-fitness, European-style facial consists of deep cleansing and exfoliation, promoting balance to the areas where a man's skin is most prone to distress. This facial also includes hot aromatic compresses and massage, as well as a purifying mask to diffuse all the goodness of the energizing Algae Blue Vitale directly to the heart of the skin. A refreshing hand massage is included.
