We’re looking for individuals with enthusiasm for fashion retail, who are motivated achievers and hardworking team players. In the Retail Management Development Internship Program, you’ll receive mentoring and training in the exciting world of fashion — experiences you won’t find in the classroom. While in the program, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Learn from the experienced, dedicated people who bring the Nordstrom experience to life
- Gain hands-on experience by selling to and serving our customers
- Participate in sales and customer service events
- Gain exposure to a variety of management responsibilities
You’ll also earn a competitive wage and receive an employee merchandise discount. And — upon successful completion of the internship program — you’ll be offered an assistant manager or salesperson position, depending upon availability and your preferences.We'll begin accepting applications for the 2013 program on December 1, 2012. College juniors graduating in 2014 are also eligible to apply.
