FAÇONNABLE ANNOUNCES FIRST DALLAS BOUTIQUE
SEATTLE, Wash. - May 11, 2001 - Façonnable, S.A.S., a premium men’s and women’s specialty apparel retailer, today announced plans to open its first boutique in the state of Texas this fall. The Façonnable boutique will open at NorthPark Center in October 2001.
"Façonnable is already a very popular brand among customers who shop at Nordstrom stores in Texas, so we are very excited to build on its reputation for sophisticated styling by bringing the entire collection to NorthPark Center," said Jim Schneider, vice president of Façonnable USA. "We believe customers in a cosmopolitan market such as Dallas will appreciate the line’s understated but distinct international flair and its impeccable quality."
Façonnable [pronounced fa-so-na-bleh] currently operates three U.S. boutiques in New York, Beverly Hills and Costa Mesa, Calif. "Based on the success of this specialty collection in these existing boutiques, Façonnable has plans to open the new NorthPark store in 2001 and several new boutiques in other markets throughout America in the future," Schneider said.
The new NorthPark Center boutique will be approximately 5,300 square feet and will offer Façonnable’s collections of men’s and women’s apparel, outerwear and accessories.

Façonnable is sold worldwide at boutiques primarily in Europe, including locations such as Paris, Saint-Tropez, Bordeaux, Monte Carlo, Brussels and Cannes. It is also sold in fine multi-brand boutiques and department stores throughout Europe, such as Galeries Lafayette (France), El Corte Ingles (Spain) and Pal Kragerud (Norway).
