NORDSTROM SOUTHPARK MALL
PROJECT PREVIEW FOR MINORITY AND WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESSES
WHAT: |
|
Nordstrom invites minority and women-owned construction vendors to attend a Project Preview of the new Nordstrom store to be built at SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, N.C. Project Preview is a program for minority and women-owned construction vendors to learn more about the project and the procedures of the bidding process.
Nordstrom is seeking subcontractors for interior and exterior portions of the project, as well as vendors and contractors for construction materials and supplies. To be considered, a company must be licensed, bondable and demonstrate private sector experience. Nordstrom's construction policy prohibits joint ventures or construction managers. Architectural and design services are not open for bid.
