NORDSTROM EXCLUSIVE-BRANDED CLASSIQUES ENTIER AND HALOGEN PRODUCT LINES NOW AVAILABLE IN JAPAN
SEATTLE - (March 1, 2000) Nordstrom Inc., one of the nation’s leading fashion specialty retailers, announced today that two of its exclusive brands, Classiques Entier and Halogen, are now offered by two top Japanese retailers. The Seibu Department Stores, Ltd. and The Daimaru, Inc. are the sole licensees of these two Nordstrom exclusive brands in Japan, offering them in 24 and 6 locations, respectively. Each retailer will merchandise seasonal collections of Classiques Entier and Halogen in unique branded environments, creating a mini-boutique feel with distinctive fixtures, signage and lighting.
Classiques Entier offers women a modern, sophisticated and high quality collection for both career and casual dressing. The versatility of this successful line makes dressing effortless—providing seamless transition from day to night or week to weekend. The collection ranges in price from $28 to $370.
Halogen, a new exclusive brand of contemporary clothing for men, offers contemporary, accessible styling with fabrics from some of the finest and most innovative mills around the world. Halogen is designed with an emphasis on high-quality fashion at affordable prices ranging from $25 to $300. The collection allows the customer to enhance his wardrobe each season with versatile and modern pieces or build an entirely new one.
