The information about the costs of the credit cards described above was accurate as of the printing date, August 15, 2008, and is subject to change after that date. To find out what may have changed, please write to us at: Nordstrom Bank, P.O. Box 13589, Scottsdale, AZ 85267. †APR depends on our review of your application. * If you fail to make your Current Due shown on your monthly billing statement for two consecutive billing cycles, your APR will adjust to the Late Payer APR and thereafter, if certain conditions are met, may be lowered to the Adjusted Late Payer APR. See Part II, paragraph 4(f) entitled, "Late Payer FINANCE CHARGE Rate" in your Nordstrom Bank Cardholder Agreement/Security Agreement; Consumer Disclosures; Privacy Policy. ** The "Prime Rate" is equal to the highest "Prime Rate" as published in the "Money Rates" Section of The Wall Street Journal print edition published on the 15th day of each month or the next business day if the 15th is not a business day. Finance Charges on cash advances are assessed from the date of the transaction. WISCONSIN RESIDENTS: No provision of a marital property agreement, a unilateral statement under section 766.59, Wis. FINANCE CHARGES. b. When Periodic Finance Charges Begin to Accrue For Purchases of Goods and Services. There will be no periodic FINANCE CHARGE on my purchases on the next monthly billing statement if I pay the entire Current Balance by the payment Due Date shown on my monthly billing statement (which will be at least 25 days after the date of my monthly billing statement). If I do not pay the entire amount of the Current Balance, or if I pay late, there will be a periodic FINANCE CHARGE on each purchase from the date the purchase is made. If I make an exchange of an item included in the Previous Month's Total Balance for another item, and the purchase price of the new item is less than that of the item exchanged, my account will be credited only for the difference in the purchase prices. If the purchase price of the item is more than that of the item exchanged, my account will be debited for the difference in the purchase prices, which may result in the imposition of a periodic FINANCE CHARGE. c. When Finance Charges Begin to Accrue For Cash Advances. There is no "grace period" for cash advances on my Credit Card Account. The periodic FINANCE CHARGE on cash advances will be calculated from the date of the transaction. Applicable to qualified accounts only. d. Computation of the Balances Subject to Finance Charge. Nordstrom Bank figures the periodic FINANCE CHARGE for purchases and cash advances by applying the Daily Periodic Rate of FINANCE CHARGE to the daily balance of my account. For purposes of calculating the Daily Balance Subject to FINANCE CHARGE, Nordstrom Bank maintains balances for purchases separately from balances for cash advances. To determine the daily balance for purchases and cash advances, Nordstrom Bank takes the beginning balance of my account for each day in the billing cycle, adds any new purchases, Other Charges (or cash advances and cash advance fees), and subtracts any applicable payments or credits. Nordstrom Bank then calculates my periodic FINANCE CHARGE for that day by multiplying the daily balance for purchases and cash advances by the Daily Periodic Rate. Each day's periodic FINANCE CHARGE is added to my daily balance for purchases and cash advances to get the beginning balance for the next day and will thereafter be part of the balance on which future FINANCE CHARGES are assessed. My total periodic FINANCE CHARGE for a given billing cycle is equal to the sum of that billing cycle's daily periodic FINANCE CHARGE. Nordstrom Bank will round this total to the nearest whole cent. If I paid in full the Current Balance shown on my previous month's billing statement by the specified payment Due Date, Nordstrom Bank will consider my daily balance for purchases to be zero for each day of the current month's billing cycle. RETURNED PAYMENT FEE. If any payment on my Credit Card Account (such as a check, draft, or similar instrument, or any electronic fund transfer) is uncollectible or dishonored for any reason, Nordstrom Bank may charge me and I agree to pay a Returned Payment Fee of $25. Nordstrom Bank may assess this fee the first time any one of my payment(s) is not honored or paid, even if such payment is later paid following resubmission. Nordstrom Bank does not have to attempt to collect any payment more than once. SECURITY AGREEMENT. I grant to Nordstrom Bank and Nordstrom Bank will retain a purchase money security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code in all goods purchased at all Nordstrom stores and all Nordstrom affiliated stores until these goods and any related Finance Charges are paid in full. The description of each item purchased in which Nordstrom Bank retains a security interest is set forth in the sales receipts I signed when the purchase was made and that information is hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. If I am in default under this Agreement, Nordstrom Bank may repossess, to the extent and in the manner permitted by applicable law, any article of merchandise in which it retains a security interest.
